You can apply for the MMS if you have:
Completed a bachelor's degree, or its equivalent; in a relevant subject area, OR;
Completed a postgraduate diploma in a relevant subject area (at least 120 points), AND;
Achieved at least a B grade average in the subject you intend to take for this qualification.
International students must have an equivalent qualification from a recognised university, and meet the English language requirements.
You also need to meet an English language entry requirement as follows: IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5 overall (no band less than 6.0); iBT (internet based) TOEFL - 90 with a score of 22 in writing; Pearson PTE Academic - Overall score of 65 and no PTE communicative skills score below 58; Waikato Pathways - successful completion of Level 8 with a B grade average in the Certificate of Attainment in English Language (CAEL) programme.
